East London-based Promoting Rural and Urban Livelihoods (Ruliv) is an organisation of multi-disciplinary professionals, providing inter‐disciplinary services to all aspects of rural and urban development. The organisation renders services to a diverse range of clients ranging from community-based-organisations to national, provincial and local government, NGO’s and the private sector.

Ruliv has expertise in developing and the management of participatory agricultural and socio-economic development projects; managing natural resources; providing strategic skills to assist municipalities and local development agencies to better implement and manage their community and economic development projects.
